THE RETREAT
Hosted at the beautiful and inspiring Karma Sound Studios in Bang Saray, Thailand, Writing Retreat: Thailand brings together songwriters, producers and recording artists to participate in a 5-day writing retreat, providing them with the opportunity to work with UK and Thai talent in a diverse range of genres.

The visit will also include showcase opportunities and/or complimentary tickets for participants at partnered music festivals, as well as music industry networking opportunities.

THE TEAM
The Songwriting Retreat is being organised by Laura May of May Music Limited, an independent music publisher in the UK, and Andy Haggerstone of Kaleidoscope BKK, an artist management company and independent record label based in Thailand.

THE BENEFITS
Participants in the camp will be be able to enjoy networking opportunities with UK and Thai music industry representatives, as well as working with exceptional songwriting and performing talent from both nations.

We hope that the camp can bring with it intercultural and cross-linguistic creative opportunities in an inspiring environment. Artists, writers, and producers from both countries will be selected from all career stages - from emerging artists to household names.
